Dr. Konatsu Nishigai, a co-investigator of our project, will chair a seminar in the University of Oxford on 8th August, that is titled "The Legal Personality of Robots and Machines." Prof. Minoru Asada and Prof. Yasunori Kasai also will give lectures.
